Dr. Mack always goes above and beyond to make our daughter's visit a positive experience. He spends quality time with our daughter and answers all of our questions. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He never makes you feel dumb for asking questions. He always writes down changes in medications for us to take home. He spent a great deal of time answering our son's questions about his sister's heart. He has taken such great care of her both pre op and post op. He got us to a specialist at Stanford to get the surgery she needed. He is simply amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better provider. Thank you Dr. Mack! You're the best!

Dr Mack is such a great doctor! It was the first time my daughter saw him, and he was so patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. I had to bring my other daughter along and she loves to talk. Dr. Mack took time to chat with both of them and was just so great. He even showed them diagrams and explained how the heart works because my daughter had questions. It was such a nice experience, and we kept the conversation going around hearts and how great he was after we left. Oh and he had insightful advice (based on asking my daughter open ended questions) on what is probably causing her chest pain. I highly recommend him!

Very patient and understanding, Dr Mack explains everything to us very well and my daughter enjoys seeing him . we enjoy taking the drive up to Boise from Jerome.

From check in, to the medical assist, the the echo tech to Dr. Mack... it was all a great experience! We've been to his office a few times and have always been pleased with him and his staff. Thank you, Doctor Mack for being so kind, explaining everything so well and being so gentle with our little girl.
