Dr. Jennifer Anderson, MD

Unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. My doctor had referred me to another cardiologist, but I asked specifically for a referral to Dr. Anderson because of a very positive experience my husband had with Dr Anderson several months ago (I was there for his appointment). I felt I was wasting Dr Andrrson's time, perhaps because my GP (through St Luke's) had ordered my tests and Dr Anderson was not able to view those herself. I brought all my test results and discs for reviewing, but Dr Anderson said she was not able to view them. My concern, in addition to what I assumed was possible heart issues, was my large hiatal hernia and the effects it might be having on an otherwise healthy heart. My appointment ended with me feeling like I wasted Dr Anderson's time and mine. Perhaps had she ordered my tests (rather than my GP) and then reviewed them I would have left confident that my time, and hers was well spent in solving my medical concerns. I believe Dr Anderson is a very good cardiologist and trust my husband to her care, unfortunately my experience was not as expected. I felt Dr Anderson was frustrated with me and not being involved from the beginning. I think I was cleared for my (gallbladder) surgery, but in the midst of the emotional conclusion of my time, I forgot to ask I checked into my appointment 3 minutes late, I was told I would have to reschedule.

I was greeted immediately and after a short time called in to meet Dr Jennifer Anderson MD. She had reviewed my files. After a few test and a few days to review I was contacted with her findings. All the staff members I interfaced with were knowledgeable and accommodating. Best experience meeting a new doctor. Thank you all

Probably the most efficient medical care I've ever received. Almost everything was complete before I arrived and there was little to no wait time. Dr. Anderson was attentive, engaged, and made sure I had no questions. I didn't feel rushed or insignificant at all. If I can utilize Saltzer, I will. 100% recommend.

My experience with Dr. Anderson was not a positive one. She was abrasive and short. During my first appointment she quickly went over information on a condition she thought I probably have and sent me on my way. At my second appointment she said she wasn't sure if I had a condition or not. After going over my medications, she felt I was 'self medicating' (even though I am following my prescribing provider and pharmacist direction) and gave the impression she no longer wanted to continue the appointment. I had questions about my condition and medications but she didn't seem interested in discussing them and told me to talk to my pcp. My pcp referred me to her to discuss the things she was now telling me to discuss with my pcp. After long waiting times and high co pays, I feel I have gained nothing from these appointments. Update: I messaged my pcp to adjust my medication. They didn't feel comfortable doing that without having Dr. As notes. I called her office and explained the situation to the MA. They faxed over the notes, which stated the dose shouldn't be changed even though that was one of the things she took issue with at the appointment. The notes stated that my symptoms were under control. How would she know? She didn't ask. The appointment was all of 10 minutes. There was no discussion about my symptoms. In fact my symptoms are not under control, to the point I missed work this week. I reached out to the patient feedback email in the comment below my review, but still haven't heard anything after multiple days.

As usual my experience with Dr. Jennifer Anderson was top notch. Her staff was extremely professional and a little fun too but still very professional. I believe they are the best at what they offer and I give them 5 stars!
