If you are in need of infusions, the center at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center cannot be topped. Every person you meet will treat you professionally with your absolute comfort and care in mind. Everyone goes out of their way to make your day great! This is a very positive department. My Aunt received Wound Care services at SJRMC, and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are all wonderful to work with, and they were welcoming and accommodating. Their kindness and gentle handling of her and her wound, made my aunt look forward to the appointments. Best of all, the treatment of the wound that she had endured for over a year was healed up within 3 months. Way to go Wound Care Team, they are top notch!
The outpatient staff was very nice & did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable both before and after surgery. Dr Watson, the anesthesiologist & all the staff in the surgery suite did an excellent job. I had minimal pain & I quickly recovered at home.
My husband passed out at a store and the fireman and ambulance came quickly and were very good with my husband and took him to St. Joseph's ER. Everyone at the ER from front desk to all nurses and treating ER doctor were very friendly and helpful. Everyone worked hard to find out what had happened. Very thankful to everyone one there. And, my husband is doing good.
Sam Musser went above and beyond in the wound care she provided me. She's intelligent, thorough, funny, and caring. Her staff is just a great.
