Idaho Heart Institute

Our experience during my husband's 2-day hospital stay was unacceptable. Dr. Watcher was supposedly the doctor on his case, yet she only saw us once and offered zero answers or guidance. It was clear she had no interest in actually managing his care. Dr. Chambers was even worse he was rude, dismissive, and acted like our basic questions were an inconvenience. We were left completely in the dark about what was happening, and treated as if our concerns didn't matter at all. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic compassion from both doctors was shocking. No family should be treated this way.

Called and had an appointment schedule for almost a month. Got a confirmation text about the appt and than a phone call saying it was cancelled. Tried to reschedule same day as I had taken that particular day off for this very appointment, and was met with rudeness and no willingness to try and get another appointment on the same day. I was expected to rearrange my whole schedule for the person who decided they couldn't do the appointment. Don't waste your time trying to get in here. Go to better doctors and staff in Utah.

Dr Blanks Nurse Cheyenne is WONDERFUL. Answers all questions throughly and really makes you feel important. She provides patient centered care that can be hard to find these days. Dr. Blank is wonderful at giving explanations as well taking the time to discuss all the bits and pieces. Glad to be a patient of there's

I had a wonderful experience at the Idaho Heart Institute. Dr. Rhodehouse was beyond awesome! He has excellent chair-side manner, is very thorough and will explain everything very well. He does not make you feel rushed and is extremely professional, and will make sure all your questions are answered. He is simply one of the best doctors I have ever had. Deborah at the front desk was very nice and personable from the moment you check in and had the sweetest personality and smile. She makes sure you feel welcomed and will go out of her way to make sure you understand all the forms that need to be filled out. It is obvious she loves her job and loves helping people. The entire staff (Dr. Rhodehouse, nurses, labs, techs, front desk, check out) were very nice and professional. Definitely recommend this office.

Where do i start. This place is a joke they are incapable of making phone calls. They can not call you back to confirm appointment time and location. My wife had an appointment in Idaho Falls with Dr. Roadhouse. We showed up on the day and time and location we were told. When we arrived and checked in we where told it was in Rexburg where we LIVE! My wife is trying to get knee surgery. We come to ask about her stopping her medication she is on and was told someone would call us and walk her through the steps a week later my wife has to call. They tell her they are able to get her in the next day for a consultation. Only to find out she needs some testing done that no one could make a simple phone call and say anything about. We find this out 1 week before her surgery date which we came here to find out about medication the day we day we found out she needed surgery.
