I am still awaiting results of a stat cancer ultrasound to be read by the radiologist. It has been 48 hours and my oncologist still doesn't have the results. This is in spite of the fact that the tech said "the results of the stat exam would be to my doctor within 24hrs and I should pester them (my doctor) for them first thing the next morning." When I called them to verify what the hold up was all they said was the radiologist hasn't read them yet but they can't give me more information and everything else would have to be through my doctor. Please note my oncologist has called them multiple times today trying to get them as well with no luck. For stat exams going forward I will be considering other locations, like mountain view hospital as they have been prompt with all my results, stat or otherwise. As all other reviews have said, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the wait time was short. However, sadly all of this is moot as not receiving the sole item I went there for negates these benefits. Update: They don't follow the hours on their website. I went to talk to them about the status of reading my results in person and they were closed 45min earlier than their website says. This really concerns me as they are already behind reading results and they take off early like they have no work to do.

I have breast cancer. I had my initial mammograms and biopsies at EIRMC. At EIRMC, the staff was so sensitive. They treated me with so humanity and dignity. They looked me in the eyes and discussed all my questions and concerns. The radiologist introduced himself, sat next to me after the procedures and described all the next steps. The nurse held my leg and assured me throughout the procedure. They were kind and attentive. This was before my diagnosis. As I walked out, I thought, "Wow! They really get how to treat me as a real person who is in a precarious and frightening experience."

Little to no waiting for my appointment. Clean comfortable environment. The tech was friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease at once. She was quick, knowledgeable and very conscience of my comfort. She even remembered me from a previous visit a year ago. I was done and out in no time. Women's imagining center is my go to place for sure!

Every year I have been going to get my mammogram done and every year I get in right away and out in 10-15 minutes. I have felt the technicians are always very effecient and know exactly what they are doing and helpful. I feel it is best to stick with the same place every year. Thank you for always getting me in and out fast.

They really have this process down to a very product fast paced easy to use process. Quick in and out. The only issue was getting the results to the provider, a week later and the provider is asking me for the results, which I don't have. Loved the check in process, just need to fine tune the results and labs back to the providers quicker.
