Waited nearly 2 months for an initial appointment for 89year old woman and when she was 5 minutes late for the pre check-in they refused service. Seriously, 5 minutes. Arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment. Ridiculous. That is not patient care. She was on site just after 2 and by the time she shuffled in with her walker, went up the elevator and located the right suite she was 5 minutes late per their office staff for her 2:10 check-in.
