The staff was very attentive and professional. Saralena was assigned to me and she was fabulous. She was polite, kind, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I was treated with respect by all who tended me before, during, and after my procedure. Thank you Kootenai Health for providing not only great care but expedient response time throughout my medical care needs since moving to Coeur d'Alene. God bless you all.

The wait to actually wasn't that long. I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. The nurse, Crystal, attending me has a great personality for the job she does. She explained things well and put me at ease. Everyone who attended to me, in the surgery room were great. I remember coming to while I was being stitched up and complaining because it hurt so much. Anesthesiologist stepped in to help me out so I wouldn't feel being stitched up. So thankful! Dr. Thurber explained things well and I knew I was in good hands. So thankful that from the time I registered all the way to going home everyone that was there to do their job was gracious and friendly.

The staff from initial check in to checking out were all stellar. Their care, compassion, cooperation and attitudes exhibited such kindness and joy especially Katy and Chad who got to do extra duty due to a vein complication. I was very well cared for. Praising God for providing such great care for me.

The nurses in the Heart center were absolutely the the nicest, gentlest and most caring I've encountered. My Doctor was awesome as he explained everything he was doing for me. Also the rest of the staff went above and beyond to care for me and ensure my safety.

Had day surgery & all their staff was great kind and courteous . After the pain was bad it felt just like what it was a 3" cut in your chest! And the Dr. did not remember I had a very sore rotator cuff and they manipulated that arm in surgery and caused me horrible pain days after the procedure. I lived three days of agony in drug free America, and now on the mend. Beware when electing a surgery you will get no pain meds in America I will not ever do it again , death is much more humane.
