I had a great experience with Stephanie. She spent time with me and answered questions quickly. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue is appt time vs time with the physician. I drive 2.5 hours (home to Boise) to get there early, but wait for 30+ minutes past scheduled time to get into the examine room and see the physician.
Stephanie has been extremely helpful. When I arrived for my appointment the first time I felt welcomed immediately. Her Nurse Jay was friendly and personable. He worked quickly and efficiently while being respectful and caring. Stephanie asked many questions and allowed plenty of time for me to fully answer each question. She created a clear plan of action and needs with me. She also sent me any and all helpful information regarding my care. I highly recommend her and her team. They are kind personable people that are driven to give the best care possible. Each and every staff member there and kind and caring.
I have been a patient of Stephanie's for a few years now. She is always patient and kind. She is wise beyond her years and is constantly looking to get to root cause. She has helped me to manage symptoms and is now helping me to overcome so I can live life to the fullest without medication (which has always been my goal). She is honorable and a safe place for me as a patient. I would highly recommend her and pray there are more physicians and practitioners that operate with a disposition and heart as she does.
Lovely, efficient front office staff. Confidence inspiring nurse (or assistant) that did vitals and ekg. Stephanie Ritari has a gift of explaining complex treatment alternatives that a gramma can understand and make choices from with confidence. She really listened to all the minutia I had to say. She drew out responses that reminded me of things I'd forgotten. What a treasure!
Stephanie's experience in Cardiology and her willingness to share her knowledge helped me to understand my heart experience over the last four years which greatly reduced my stress level. She is engaging and tries to be helpful at all times. I'm lucky she is now on my case.
