Can't say enough about Katie, she made my visit really pleasant. She is respectful of your needs and very polite and professional. Katie took the time to patiently answer all my concerns. Thanks Katie it was lovely to meet you.

I am always happy to see the friendly staff at Idaho Cardiology, Boise, Meridian, Nampa or Caldwell. Their staff are always helpful, and I feel that I am always heard. Dr. Marks has been my cardiologist for over 20 years. I am so grateful she is the physician in charge of my heart. I appreciate this entire office, from the front office, to Dr Mark's, and everyone in between. I wish them all a safe and easy move starting tomorrow.

Edit: patient relations may add comments on here saying they value everybody's feedback and they're willing to go and help with problems, but I'm here to let you know that's just false advertisement. Even having proof that someone falsified some ER paperwork to make it look like a clinic from St. Luke's was taken care of me, the clinical manager herself takes matters into her own hands and will not let any cardiologist in that building take on any patients without her consent. She doesn't even care if it endangers another person with cardiac issues. So maybe patient relations will take the time to educate the clinical manager on the harm that causes the heart with the stress that she is causing, that she's killing people and I don't think she's learned enough about that to understand fully. She really is killing by adding all this stress to environments that don't need it. Please work on educating Billie about people with cardiac issues and the harm that she could be potentially affecting towards those with cardiac issues. Maybe if she understood better, it would be a better environment and Billie wouldn't be putting other people's health at risk. If anyone has ever been discharged from this clinic and denied access to the proper care you need, that would be the clinical manager making the decision. And my best suggestion is reporting it to someone other than patient relations. Patient relations is also known to falsify statements. But unfortunately the clinical manager running this specific clinic, and I will not mention their name, has put it in writing numerous times. They do not specialize in my care. But yet they just treated me for a third degree heart block that could have killed me, discharged me from the hospital without making sure I had the proper cardiac Care established, and the clinical manager continuing to harass me. Even though I have said she is causing stress to my heart. Plus also been informed there is actually providers in the clinic that do specialize in what is wrong with my heart. Which contradicts the statement being made by the clinical manager. They also made sure not to specify exactly what is going on with my cardiac issue. So I'm sitting here in the dark Not exactly knowing if I have a few years/months. I would recommend any of the providers in that clinic, but as long as that clinical manager is making the decision and denying patients access, I don't even think I can recommend this clinic. I just hope the clinical manager realizes who it affects the most, it's not me. But you are hurting a mother who has a child that will have the same issues as me. You are trying to take a mother away from their child by not providing them the proper care they need. You've already done enough by denying me access to the proper care I need and my daughter has already watched me have to be hauled out by paramedics struggling to breathe. Worried she might lose her mom. And yes, you are hurting me, on a level you can't comprehend because you know nothing about the stress you inflict onto me and how it affects me in the long run. I'm sure you've been told from several of those providers about my issue, but you're denying them from caring for me too. Found that out recently because there were two that WANTED me as a patient and were actively trying until patient relations got their information from me and stopped them from trying too. So I know it's a lie that there's nobody there who can treat me. It's you not allowing it and I hope you can live with that, because again, you're hurting more than just me. You're hurting my daughter too, and that's where I'm really stepping up to fight. She doesn't deserve to see this happening. Remember that.

Great visit as usual with Idaho Cardiology. Front desk was friendly and my wait in the waiting room was about five minutes. The nurse was friendly and professional in her care. My wait for Jenn was less than five minutes. I especially liked her. I thought she was amazing and I felt very well cared for. She was patient and answered questions I had and seemed genuinely interested in what I was asking about. All in all, a pleasant experience! The only challenge was finding my way to their office because of all the construction going on around their area and they have no control over that.

Waited 2 months to get an appointment after my echo. Now they just called and said they need to reschedule because the doctor has a "meeting" scheduled for that day. So now they can't get me in for another 2 months! Great! I'm sure your meeting is way more important than a patient's heart.
