Dr Farivar may be an excellent surgeon however we were not impressed with his lack of bedside manner. He appeared to be argumentative and did not explain why he thought he could do surgery when Dr Heslop, whom we trust and admire thought it would be too risky. Dr Farivar was impatient and did not take the time to answer our questions. He appeared to just want to get out of the room and did leaving us with questions and confusion. Renee was very nice, intelligent, gracious and honest when answering our questions and speaking with us. We appreciated her time and being so gracious.
