I have no issues with the quality of care at all. I have been with this office for 11 years and am reaching the end of my patience. My issue is with the lack of communications and information. I try to call the office for information but get scheduling who have no idea what I'm talking about. Sometimes the 3 day wait for an answer in MyChart doesn't work for my issue. Very soon after I posted this review, I received a very pleasant and informative phone call. All my questions were answered and I'm very comfortable and appreciative.

I was referred to Dr.Marks after 10 years of experiencing episodes of SVT. Melinda Marks is extremely knowledgeable, made me feel heard, reassured, and was my doctor for an ablation. She found the extra electrical pathway in my heart and was able to successfully ablate it. I am very thankful for Dr.Marks and the treatment I received from referral to procedure. Thank you Dr.Marks!!!

Check-in staff and rooming nurses were great. Pleasant, friendly, and efficient. I had one of my lowest blood pressure checks if that tells you anything. Dr. Marks was knowledgeable and effectively inquisitive. She validated my past medical diagnosis and made her own evaluations while demonstrating great bedside manners. I felt comfortable and confident in her abilities.

Dr. Marks is a wonderful doctor. She listens, lets the patient and his wife ask many questions. She does not jump to conclusions and decides she will do this or that. She does tests and makes decisions based on all the reports. Do not hesitate to make your appointment.
