I have no issues with the quality of care at all. I have been with this office for 11 years and am reaching the end of my patience. My issue is with the lack of communications and information. I try to call the office for information but get scheduling who have no idea what I'm talking about. Sometimes the 3 day wait for an answer in MyChart doesn't work for my issue. Very soon after I posted this review, I received a very pleasant and informative phone call. All my questions were answered and I'm very comfortable and appreciative.
