Kunia Urgent Care

Went here for the first time today for a stye that persisted for over two weeks that ruptured and started bleeding. The receptionist was nice, and all the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Was able to get prescribed antibiotics for my eye which is what I was most concerned about (I didn't want my other getting infected). They were prompt and answered questions I had.

I visited this clinic recently and felt it could really use some updates. The facilities looked quite old and not very welcoming. The receptionist was not very friendly, which made the experience less comfortable. I hope the clinic can improve its customer service and update its environment, because patients deserve a more positive and supportive atmosphere.

Be aware- opening is 830am but the actual providers, PAs, & Doctors do not show up until 930a-10a. The staff just line up all the patients in the room from opening time just for the doctors to show up late on their own time despite. This happened many times to me, other patients & other family members. So if you come early, just you'll be waiting from 830-10a just to be seen for 10-15mins by the provider.

receptionist was very rude. refused to process my file, and literally set my papers aside to process the files of other people, who by the way came in after me. absolutely terrible. had to wait almost 2 hours just to get my papers filed. took an additional 1 hour to get my appointment. also sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy.

I've been here a few times, but today was really great and felt I needed to leave a review so others can see not all experiences here are bad despite the other reviews. I felt so comforted by all of the staff especially Doctor Paet. She is super nice and answered all my questions. Coming to Kunia Urgent is way more convenient then trying to get into my doc in town too so I'm thankful for the excellent care so close to home.
