I am writing to share my deeply concerning experience with Marissa Dye, the Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and the Desmond Doss FAP program. Initially, Ms. Dye presented herself as supportive, but my experience quickly turned negative. I found her conduct to be unprofessional, and I believe she made unwarranted recommendations. While Ms. Dye attributed certain actions to other professionals using manipulation with her authority and license, ultimately, the decisions were hers. The medical care provided by Marissa Dye deviated from the recognized standard of care, causing significant harm to my medical treatment. Specifically, the misdiagnosis delayed proper treatment and resulted in furthering my previously diagnosed medical history that she is and was aware of at intake. Under Ms. Dye's care, I experienced several grievances that have necessitated seeking additional medical care from other doctors to address the issues that arose during my time with her. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Desmond Doss FAP program to others. I believe the program is corrupted and things are swept under the rug for their reputation.

I'm trying to make a dental appointment for MedPros. I called 3 times. Waited 17 mins, 6 mins and 15 mins. Every time they answered they said "hello, hello, if you can hear me I can't hear you please call back." 3 times! I'm even called on a landline! This place needs to do better!!

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the worst clinic I have ever had to deal with in the military. Everything about this clinic screams inefficiency! I have come for a scheduled appointment on multiple occasions, and have been waiting in the waiting area over 20 minutes for a scheduled appointment multiple times. Their pharmacy is the worst and it has nothing to do with coronavirus. I have gotten the same muscle relaxer at multiple other installations and NEVER had an issue. I get here and either the providers have never heard of it, and told me they would call me back once she researched it (a female MAJ in 2 IBCT), and never did, or the actual pharmacy doesn't have it and it needs to be ordered. Be prepared for the level of care you receive from this clinic will leave a lot to be desired!

My husband and I came here for an appointment and the front desk receptionist was extremely rude, very impatient, and just very disrespectful toward my husband who is going through a lot. How can your men and women feel safe coming here, if the staff doesn't treat them as human beings? Please do something about this. Being nice or just having manners can help a person who is dealing with a mental health issue
