This is even more that 5 stars! Since i started my foster home he was the PCP of my patients. He makes sure everything is being documented,every detail he wants to know in order to give the proper care. Then I decided to have him as my PCP and recommended him as well to my friends.Thank you doc Ian and team. You are the best!
Dr.Ian is great but the lady at the front desk is rude and needs to find a new job. My husband has an ear infection and needed to be seen to get the antibiotics but she said soonest would be over 3 weeks away. She didn't seem like she cared at all and said there ain't nothing she can do about getting him an earlier appointment. She was just so rude and definitely needs a new job if she can't be more compassionate when she works in HEALTHCARE. Shameful.
Doctor was amazing! Listens to everything and all the concerns. However his front desk receptionist is zero stars. They need to work on their customer service skills. She was rude and did not care to help with the information needed to make an appointment. Zeroooooo stars for front desk. Her name was Jenna

I am very grateful to have found Kapolei Primary Care. The clinic is run by a husband and wife team (doctor and nurse practitioner) who truly care about their patients. I recommend this clinic to anyone on the West side looking for quality care.
