Unreliable & lacks compassion. Does not respond to phone call follow up requests by phone, even after multiple ER visits. He cancelled my follow-up appointment without he or his staff notifying me & told me (via MyChart) to find someone else on my own when I asked him for a referral. Dr. Lee has proven to be extremely unprofessional, dismissive of legitimate concerns, lacks empathy & is quick to abandon when needed the most.
Dr Lee and his staff are absolutely amazing. They always exceed my expectations with great communication skills, politeness & professionalism. I would 100% recommend Dr David Lee and his team to anyone. Thank you for the great care!
