My attempts to reach their office have been consistently met with unanswered calls and an inaccessible voicemail system. This persistent issue has left me deeply frustrated, as I am urgently seeking confirmation regarding the receipt of my father's vital blood test report. I implore the establishment to rectify this matter with utmost urgency, ensuring that incoming calls are promptly answered or that their voicemail system is made functional to accommodate patient inquiries. The timely resolution of this issue is crucial, and I urge the establishment to prioritize effective communication for the sake of their patients' well-being.

Dr.Ramo is extremely thorough in his practice and awesome to talk to. The past few years he has become a friend and therapist along with being my family doctor all in one. I look forward to every visit regardless if it's for test results or just follow up.

During the pandemic I got really sick, so I wasn't able to work for a month. So, I had to fill out TDI paperwork. But to get the benefits from it I needed my doctor to fill out the rest of the paper work. My job and I called countless of times and faxed the paperwork countless of times. I even got the employees fax number and till this day and month later still haven't gotten my doctor to fill in the form.

Compassionate and best bedside mannered doctor I have met and seen...kudos!
