Dr Nicole Mahealani LUM, DO and everyone at the Ke Ola Medical Clinic are EXCELLENT and beyond compare. Where can you find a Doctor and staff who will sit down with you to listen, to educate, to really focus on the patient? Dr LUM spends 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour with me working smoothly with her staff doing paperwork, taking vitals, doing necessary administrative duties for me as if I was her only patient. I am SO impressed. This is the BEST medical clinic I have ever been to in my 76 years of life experience. Not only does Dr LUM bring real aloha (love) to her patient's care but also a professional medical expertise that is excellent. I prefer a holistic, naturopathic primary physician and Dr LUM practices family medicine (for all ages) and also has a specialty in geriatric medicine (for senior citizens, kupuna). ALL are welcome to come, not just Native Hawaiians or those of Hawaiian ancestry but all races, ethnicities, ages, sizes and shapes. Michelle, the Certified National Medical Assistant (CNMA) who capably, quickly, professionally and compassionately collaborates with Dr LUM, also brings aloha as well as professionalism to each patient's care. I hope, dream and pray that Dr LUM one day have a branch Ke Ola Medical Clinic on all 8 Hawaiian Islands and also on the mainland where over 50% of Native Hawaiians live. If I could award 10 stars to Dr LUM, CNMA Michelle and everyone including Garla the Nurse Practitioner and Ani, who also assists capably, I would. One day a very wealthy philanthropist or a large charitable organization like Aloha United Way, Catholic Charities or Hawaiian family charity like the Damon Estate, will learn of the mission statement of Ke Ola Mamo Clinic and grant them a sizeable endowment to expand their work according to the vision of Dr Nicole Mahealani LUM, DO, primary physician, family medicine and geriatric medicine specialist, a Doctor For All Seasons and a Doctor For All Peoples.
