I was debating whether to write a review when I saw HMSA's 1.5-star rating, but it makes so much sense. This company is incredibly inefficient and constantly hiring. How about hiring qualified staff instead? Then maybe it wouldn't take 10 days just to investigate a simple request for "sending an insurance card", and there wouldn't be so much incorrect information on customer accounts. Update: My insurance still shows as inactive, which means the system hasn't been properly updated. I also received an error when I tried to update it myself. Why is it so difficult to provide efficient service and support your customers properly?
