I just want to share that I've had 2 procedures with Dr. Chung. He is an undoubtedly talented electrophysiologist, but he is more than just a good doctor. He explains the the problem completely and shares the intended procedure so that both the possibilities and risks are clear. I feel completely calm and positive about what is to come in his hands.
My wife Jean suffered from Tachicardia for many years. She went to several cardiologist and received minimal treatment. She was prescribed medication which was of little help. Our Primary Care Physician referred my wife to Dr. Jeffrey Chung about two years ago. She made an appointment, which was life changing. Dr. Chung performed a minimally invasive procedure on her. Her quality of life is so much better without any Tachicardia. She still sees him annually. We are so grateful to him. We highly recommend Dr. Chung to anyone who may be suffering from heart problems. He is very compassionate and caring. He is also very personable and friendly.
Dr. Chun was patient and kind to me. But, more importantly he is laser focused on his work and refuses to compromise when it comes to his patients. I had an ablation done for afib and I am completely healed. Remarkable blessing he is.
An outstanding doctor, in all senses of the term. Highly educated and knowledgeable, but also extremely approachable and clearly cares deeply about his patients. I am always pretty complicated, far more than I am generally scheduled for. He has always shown a complete willingness to do whatever he can to help me out, even if it means rearranging many of his plans, within the boundaries of what is possible based on the needs of his other patients. I cannot recommend highly enough. (even if he thinks the dog-food caliber pizza at his alma mater Harvard is as good as the pizza at Yale in new haven)
