Debbie K. When Dr. Yamamotoya was on medical leave I had to see Dr. Wang for after E.R. visit. She took care of me like I was one of her regular patients. She was very nice & patiently went over my E.R. visit with me. She took time to talk with me & told me if I had to see her anytime to come in. I also went for regular check up. I was worried that I am not her regular patient but I was impressed with her kindness in caring for me. Thank you Dr. Wang.
I dont think the people in the office know what they're doing because I was sent a bill for something that should have been covered by my insurance. Dr. Wang is nice but young and inexperienced imo & her office staff not only made a billing mistake but made me feel awkward & uncomfortable. I changed doctors & wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.
