Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago that was set to be TOMORROW! At 5pm I received a phone call stating the doctor had gone back to California and my appointment needed to be canceled ! Was told I could see a male physician instead BUT I would be penciled in a there is no knowing how long I'd be waiting to be seen. When I expressed that I prefer a woman physician I was told "well I can give you a phone number to call and they can try and help you find a physician but no telling where the office would be or how long I'd be waiting for the appointment " this was poorly handled by all involved !
