Dr. Snapper was the first cardiologist who truly listened to me. After years of living with debilitating symptoms, he allowed me the time and space to fully explain my experience without interruption. He showed genuine compassion, empathy, and understanding, and when he spoke, it was clear he immediately recognized what many providers had been unable to identify for years. His care made me feel seen, heard, and validated as a patient. PA Lakisha also provides exceptional care at every follow-up visit. She consistently takes the time to listen, asks detailed questions about how each medication is affecting me, and thoughtfully adjusts my treatment plan while actively involving me in the decision-making process. She never talks over me or rushes the visit--she truly allows patients to feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, they have made a profound difference in my care experience.

Dr.Lee and his staff are second to none! What an exceptional experience! Dr.Lee is super knowledgeable, but more importantly, he listens and explains things so you understand. I've never walked out of a doctor office feeling as good as I did today knowing I got great care and everything will be ok. The nursing team and ladies up front are great as well! Super professional and friendly as the day is long! Can't brag enough on Dr.Lee and his staff! I would highly recommend, 12 out of 10!!!

I have never experienced a WellStar provider that cares and listens until I saw Dr. Snapper. It took over a year for me to get an appt to see him, but it was well worth the wait! I have been battling with my issues for all over 15 years, and have been told by every speciality that it is stress and anxiety. Dr. Snapper met me with sincerity as soon as he walked in the door, and took time to listen and explain every single diagnosis to me despite being behind on patients. From the front desk staff at check in and check out, to the MA, to the nurse who explained everything to me in detail, this is an office who truly cares for their patients and the speciality they work in. Everyone here deserves so much recognition for being outstanding on so many levels! I have recommended this office to a lot of my friends who have similar diagnosis. Could not have been more happy with my care!! They completely surpassed my expectations for a WellStar practice

Dr. Snapper listens and gives wise, confident counsel. He has a calming presence and never seems in a hurry. His office runs very efficiently and my wait time is always very reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

10/10 would recommend this practice all day, every day! If you POTS, or suspect you might, book an appointment with Dr. Snapper! Yes, you'll have to wait, but he's highly specialized and its worth it! His assistant, Lakesha, is amazing as well, and together her and Dr. Snapper make the best team!
