Dr. Crim was very thorough and listened to everything I was trying to explain to him. Didn't feel rushed. First time heart doctor experience for me and couldn't have gone any better. Thanks.
The office was clean and bright. Dr Crim was on time. His manner was very caring. He addressed all of my questions and concerns with his full attention. He spent all of the time that I needed with him. I would feel safe and cared for during any procedure done by Dr. Crim.
I hate writing this review because I have always liked Dr Crim who has been my Cardiologist for 5yrs. I have been hospitalized 4 times this year with a rhythm problem of the heart. It makes me extremely nauseous which is well documented at hospital of which he is a part. I had to be given something in the ambulance when I was taken then two more shots in the emergency room because I kept vomiting. I messaged them on my chart and asked them to call something in to the pharmacy and the nurse told me to go to Urgent Care. I messaged them back and another nurse responded and said she would ask him but, she already new the answer. She said she would let me know what he said. She never responded. They can't say they can't prescribe me something with out seeing me because they have did it in the past with bp meds. They can't get me in to follow up on the hospital visit and to go over the heart monitor results of the monitor I wore for 10 days. As a Veteran I can't just run see my primary care physician because that's not how the VA works and Dr Crim is aware of that because he was a Doctor for the VA so, he's well aware of the bureaucracy. That mean I am left to set here in in misery with a screwed up heart and vomiting several times a day. Veteran's are used to being treated this way but, it doesn't mean I'm happy about it.
Dr Crim is attentive, patiently answers questions, is thoughtful and genuinely cares for his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable and I explicitly trust his advice.
