Dr. Nisreen Jallad

She was on call at the hospital she came to see me after realizing she forgot as she was going home. She came in an i felt as if it was rushed. Her bed side manner is not great. After looking at reviews I opted out if using her. She got very upset because I stated i wanted someone else to perform my procedure. She is not the best in my book but I was blessed with a great cardiologist that was recommended at the very last minute that came and did my procedure. I would not recommend her at all. First impressions are everything

Even though she's a good cardiologist, your time means nothing to her and her staff. She can only see patients on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, but she's also at the hospital during these times. My husband has been sitting in a room since 1:30 and is still there (it's 3:17 right now with no updates from the staff or arrival of the doctor). When he arrived for his appointment they told him she was doing a procedure at the hospital and they had no idea how long she would be. Since he took the time off work he had no choice but to stay. Kind of ironic that they put so much stress on their HEART patients! Highly recommend finding a different cardiologist. Other ones in this town do not treat their patients this way.

Made an appointment today at 1:50pm and it is 5:15pm and we are still waiting. So, we are leaving after telling the office manager how ridiculous this was. They made it sound as if we were the ones being unreasonable because the Dr. Jallad was at the hospital. Then why did the Doctor schedule us at 1:50 today? I found another cardiologist while sitting in the waiting room, made an appointment and left. Unprofessional and awful.

The wait time is ridiculous. You can never get through to anyone on the phone. They never send your orders. For this to be a cardiac office, they do not care about your health. They will have you waiting 3-4 hours without letting you know anything. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!

She's very nice and helpful. She makes sure she thorough with her patients and take no chances. Very understanding and will travel to the moon for her patients.
