Dr. Jallad is a very focused and no-nonsense professional. She refuses to be rushed, goes above and beyond to ensure the absolute best quality of care and is extremely thorough. She took over two hours to perform what is normally a thirty minute procedure (stents) to ensure every detail was addressed which saved my life. If you need a cardiologist, this is the one. Disregard the negative reviews. If you have to wait it's because she is not being rushed with patients which is what you want if your life is in peril.

The doctors are wonderful BUT THE STAFF, horrible. I have never encountered so many people who dislike their jobs. They never smile and could care less about helping a patient. For a doctors office that specializes in heart care they could care less about keeping their patients healthier by providing a stress free environment. And trying to call them to get anything handled, you might as well forget it and take a ride! They NEVER answer the phone but yet they are all socializing when you are there. 10/10 don't recommend for the staff!!

I am probably the most unimpressed with the fact that my appointments were made without checking my availability, and my appointments were relayed to me via an automated email a week before my appointment time. In my two visits so far, I have waited an average of 90 minutes past my appointment time to actually see a doctor, including my last visit when I waited an hour and 50 minutes to finally see a doctor. I had a balance on my account on my last visit, so I paid it no questions asked. I just received a bill for the exact amount that I paid the last time that I was in the office for a No Show appointment that I canceled more than 48 hours ahead of time. An appointment, mind you, that was made for me without checking my availability. My suggestion would be to go somewhere else. If your heart wasn't bad before making a visit here, it will be once they send your blood pressure through the roof.

Dr. Jallad saved my life. She cares. I didn't mind her checking in me so much even in the middle of the night.

The doctor if you get him is fantastic, feeling as though he cares for patients. The PA or whatever she is, is kind of rude. Sometimes it is a long wait and sometimes it's not. The staff is nice, but not always helpful. They are the main reason for me leaving a review. I asked them repeatedly what was the overall cost of the tests, I had two done (echo and artery). So that I would save up to pay it all easily. They said not much and never gave me a number. Then I pay 80 at my last test and was like is this all, the lady said yes that was all. Now I'm sitting with a 450 dollar bill in the mail
