Although I expected to visit with Dr. Dorsey and I was not made aware that I would see his Nurse Practitioner , I still had a good visit Going forward, I would like to know in advance if there are any changes. The young lady who assisted me was very kind and she did offer to me the right to see Dr. Dorsey. It was her pleasntry that convinced me to give her an opportunity to learn and to grow. I believe we should help the next generation of medical professionals to become the best version of themselves, but we should not be caught off guards when that can be avoided. Dr. Dorsey is a phenomenal doctor and I don't mind helping him to help others.

Excellent staff. Nurse practitioner Kristen provided high quality, informative care, was engaging, and took care of everything needed. Dr. Suh was also engaging, professional, and reassuring which was very helpful. I experienced minimal wait times. Overall fantastic experience. Thanks team!

The best front office staff. Very courteous, compassionate ,resourceful, knowledgeable in her duties . came around Noon 11/23. This lady helped me reschedule , confirmed and gave my client the correct information. We went to the wrong office. She handled the situation and rectified our problem within five minutes. Wonderful front office staff the young lady with the braid in the front. You are amazing. Go be a physician. We need more people like you. Thank you for everything you do

I like that from the first point of contact when registering at the front desk, I haven't experienced any negative interaction or attitudes. The medical assistants are always professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. Dr. Yan carries herself in a professional manner, and is one that's educated in her profession. Let me not forget about the checkout experience, they are always courteous.

I've been going to Dr yan for a little over 2 years at first I didn't know how thins would work out but I'm happy I stayed she is a trusted advisor in my health journey!! I appreciate her her advice and how straightforward she is! Yesterday I seen her assistant, and I felt great with her as well over great ppl work with doctor Yan!!
