Tift Regional Medical Center

11/5/2025 I have to share this. For the last two years my family especially my 82 year old mother has had the worst and I mean the worst experiences in the ER so we started going to Moultrie but tonight we were left no choice but to go to Tift ER and I can't believe the incredible experience we had there with my mom. The ER has a new Medical Director and he was absolutely amazing. Mom's doctor who took care of her was amazing as well. Can't forget her nurse who was just as amazing. From the front to the back I can't say enough. I can not believe how much things have changed in such a short time! Speaking with the Medical Director he shared how focused and determined he is to turn this ER around and I literally saw it with my own eyes! We were in and out in no time. Thank you for taking such good care of my mom!! Job well done!

Horrible experience, this hospital is not a place to have your child. Go elsewhere or have the baby at home. Very unprofessional and caused a lot of bull that my family didn't need. Communication within the hospital is very very poor. They will send you back and forth because neither worker wants to work. One says the other has to do it the other says the same about the other. Your better off having your child at home!

I wanted to reach out and say thank you to tiff regional Medical Center and some of their staff. A very special thanks to Daisy and Jessica and Linda, 3rd floor nurses and as well as the lead nurse Haven everyone was so kind to me and try to make my stay as comfortable as possible. and I can't forget Miss.Novlet she was so sweet. And Jennifer that delivered my food daily. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion that you showed me while I was there. And a big shout out to Dr. Ricky. Thank you all so very much.

We just moved her a few months ago. Ridiculous experience, was sent here immediately from my son's doctor. Diagnosed RSV with reactive airway disease low oz high bpm before any nebulizer treatments. 7 year old thankfully so he has a better shot. Doctor couldn't seem to understand why I brought him in sent for steroids and a chest X-ray. Did not come back, the nurse came to check on and handled us up until discharge which the doctor did with no results or review. While my sons bpm and oxygen were just as bad as he started here. Thank god for good nurses and these arrogant doctors need a come to Jesus moment.

Worse emergency department i have seen since Grady in Atlanta. My husband was having chest pains and was in the waiting area for 6 hours. I watched people come in after him or about the same time and was not seen. They left due to lack of consideration for the patients. They send you through triage to hear your health complaint. Run the test for your element then make you wait. Most left after a couple of hours. Once in a room you wait again. All the beds or rooms are pretty much empty. Guess we will set here another 6 hours. I didnt want to leave them any stars. Asked the nurse for something to eat or drink due to the 8 plus hours we have been in the ER. She was very rude and said she had to ask his provider. She then came in and gave an excuse about a kid with a gun shot. Rude and very unprofessional. They are not willing to help their parents just sit behind a desk and computer.
