The wait is ridiculous.. there is no reason to sit for over an hour in the waiting room and then sit another hour in a room! If the providers are not able to see patients in a timely manner they should consider scheduling less patients or hiring more people to accommodate the patient load.

I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received at Statesboro Cardiology. Dr. Shin went above and beyond, taking my call while he was out of town and ensuring I was taken care of without delay. The front office team was efficient and kind, getting me worked in quickly and having everything ready. The nurses were compassionate and attentive, and Dr. Lin provided excellent care in Dr. Shin's absence. What meant the most was that Dr. Shin still followed up with me personally to make sure I was doing ok. I truly felt cared for every step of the way. Thank you all!

Absolutely the worst place. The male doctor was extremely condescending and dismissive. The wait was over an hour and saw the doctor for less than 5 minutes just for him to be extremely rude.

I wanted to share my recent experience at your office. We came in expecting to be seen and referred by the ER, but due to a miscommunication on their end, we couldn't be seen that day. I requested to speak with someone for assistance and was immediately transferred to Olivia. She took my information calmly and assured me she would follow up with my options. I left feeling defeated, thinking she might not call me back. However, she called the same day and went above and beyond to provide options tailored to our unique situation. I am incredibly grateful for her help and am glad we chose your office for our cardiovascular needs. Thank you!

I have no problem with Dr Swartz because he was able to go to the source to where I've been fighting for years to get someone to locate I knew I wasn't tripping but I was always told I'm too young and doctors are going to think I'm crazy he's the first doctor to actually find what's wrong it's the office staff that's the problem at both locations including the office manager I scheduled a cardiology appointment to review my test results, originally set for next week but moved up to today at 10:30 a.m. after receiving a notification for an earlier slot. I'd been waiting over two weeks to discuss my results and start treatment and should be addressed urgently. However, when I called at 10:30 a.m. as instructed, they delayed my appointment to 12:00 p.m., even though I was exhausted and ready to go ahead with it. I waited until noon, and at 12:15, with no call, I decided to request a referral to a different cardiologist. The office manager's response was highly unprofessional. She blamed and belittled me, even suggesting I was being a "problem" for merely seeking urgent care. No empathy, no accountability--just hostility. I've now requested a new provider, and I'll be escalating this issue. Waiting two hours past a scheduled appointment, especially for a serious health concern, is unacceptable. I've already been waiting over two weeks I should have had some cholesterol medicine by now What makes it even worse is shortly after giving up completely I find out that they sent me an appointment Link at 3:45 p.m. my appointment was supposed to be 10:00 that morning. Then it got pushed to 12:00 and then 3:45 p.m. wow that just shows how unimportant I am to them they are not serious about my health at all and my experience with this office was distressing and inappropriate. And she had the nerve to puff up at me at me and scold me for not waiting all the way till 3:45 saying that they tried to call me but the appointment was supposed to be at 10:00 then it went to 12:00. That's not my problem if y'all can't be on time to my appointment but expect me to be present I wasn't going to wait till 3:45 i barely wanted to wait till 12:00. Then she started to size me up and told me to come on like she want to provoke me. Knowing dang well I can't drive to Statesboro, but I know who can. They already are in Statesboro. I sent them an email with all of this. She must know I'm a black woman they get so intimidated with us ready to be on that Rara unfortunately I'm not that type of black woman sorry if I couldn't entertain your ratchetness as a non-black woman. It's typical because when you tell someone I don't want any problems and they say you are a problem that's fighting words instead of deescalating
