If I could give this office a zero star I would. His office manager, Felicia (his wife) if very disrespectful and talks to patients like they're stupid and a waste of her time. This is from first hand experience and from hearing her talk to other patients this way, especially over the phone. Every time I drive my mother an hour and a half to her appointment, we end up waiting 2+ hours to be seen. They make appointments without calling the patient and list them as no call no shows. When my mother called to get her medical records and sign for them, Felicia yelled at her and refused to give my mother her own medical information. She hangs up while patients are talking and when you try to redial, she won't answer the phone. If I could post video evidence I would because the call was 100% recorded and will be shown to her husband next time my mother has an appointment.

Dr. Anthony Chappell is a remarkable cardiologist. He gives attention to detail, and knows what he is doing. His staff is pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend their office to others. They are kind and compassionate, and I would not go anywhere else for my care. I have seen Dr Chappell both as an inpatient at the hospital, and in his office, and he has shown excellence in all he does. I trust him and his staff. I am very satisfied and happy with their care.

He's a great doctor but you will be sitting in his office for hours !!! Everyone in that office takes their precious time. They do not value other people time at all . If your appointment is at 10:00am you won't be seen until 2pm

If you like waiting, this is the doctor for you. He is professional but he does not seem to value their time. He gives an appointment time but you are not seen for hours later. This is unacceptable when you have elderly patience. I would recommend that you find another doctor.
