My husband and I love this location. Everything from primary care to labwork to imaging to specialty care usually goes very smoothly and on schedule. The facility is clean and orderly, and the doctors, other medical staff and workers provide high quality care and customer service. Parking is very convenient, and it is easy to locate any facility or office in the building.

We will not be back to any Wellstar facilities. Wellstar has been convenient with their locations in Vinings and the doctors, and surgeons my wife and I have seen have provided excellent care. I had a balance on autopay which I set up through MyChart. There was constant problem with the autopay, so I was manually paying the agreed upon payment. I logged in to pay the monthly $25 and the balance was $0 rather than the final $49 it should have been. After a little digging I found out they placed that $49 with a collection agency, on the 17th of this month. The last payment made to Wellstar was on the 16th of last month. I paid the entire remaining balance $49 rather than the $25 monthly to make sure this didn't go onto my credit report. The lady at the collection agency told me this is an ongoing complaint she has recently been hearing about Wellstar is them sending people to collections at their last payment or two. There was no phone call, no text, no mail, no email, no warning from Wellstar they were going to pull this nonsense. Especially ridiculous when making the monthly payment amount they wanted me to and with less than $50 remaining. What if I lived paycheck to paycheck and had not budgeted to make a double payment this month? This is a horrible practice to do to people, and I will not support an organization which conducts itself this way.

I come here frequently and love this location. Today I had a great experience with a worker at the guest desk named Brandon Martin. He was very nice, gave astounding customer service and support and went above and beyond to help me out all the while being polite and attentive to myself and three other guest who were behind me.

I had to go to the Wellstar Vinings Health Park because of my asthma. My doctor wanted me to get a blood test to determine what exactly I'm allergic to, & she wanted me to get an x-ray. I thought to myself "I'm not going to spend ALL day waiting here trying to get 2 additional tests!" I went downstairs to the help desk to ask where the department was to get a blood test. I waited maybe 5 minutes! The test was done! I walked back to the help ( seeing that I was in a roll) desk & asked where to go for an X-ray. It took maybe a minute and a half to get there, and within 5 minutes, they were calling my name!!!!! This experience is the ONLY time that something like this has ever happened at ANY facility.EVER! 2 tests in under 10 minutes?!?! And...YAY!! What I completely dig about this place is they don't have a for pay parking lot (most certainly designed by Dr. Seuss!) It's not confusing in any way. The facility is laid out in a straight forward manner, easy to get around with Good SIGNAGE!!!! I won't go anywhere else after this experience!!! The doctor that I met earlier asked good questions to understand my issues. We discussed a plan of action that made sense, and she didn't rush through our time together and she didn't make me feel like she had something more important to do than talk to me. I didn't take any pictures because I had no idea that this would be sent to me, but I promise to get some and post asap!

Two months later still unable to receive my medication. Went through two different pharmacies whom informed me that they're unable to get a hold of my doctor. I expressed my concerns with my doctor who passively passed it off as the reason being that he don't usually deal with insurance???? I thought the doctor and/or the staff is there to help facilitate that transaction? Unprofessional to say the least. Dr. Stewart won't be seeing me again.
