I am highly satisfied with the quality of care I received through the Wellstar HealthCare system. The staff were consistently courteous, attentive, and efficient. Dr. Douglas provided exceptional care, taking the time to address my concerns thoroughly while offering professional, direct, and thoughtful medical guidance. My follow-up appointment was scheduled promptly, and I feel confident moving forward with the recommended procedure.

Dr. Douglass and his team were excellent and Nurse Yani was an excellent history taker. As, a physician myself of many years it was a privilege and a pleasure visiting Dr Douglass and his staff. I look forward to my follow up visit with great optimism.

Dr. Edupuganti is wonderful, listens attentively, really cares, and provides good medical advice. I never feel rushed. My wait is always reasonable. I would highly recommend Dr. Edupuganti.

This office is terrible. The nurses won't call back for days at a time(and get your symptoms wrong because they can't be bothered to listen to the voicemail) and the front desk can't schedule unless you leave a voicemail for the nurse(who don't call back at all sometimes) and then hang up on you after you've sat on hold for 10 minutes!!! The doctor(Dr. E) is extremely dismissive, and I had to push to get him to take me seriously, as I'm a younger patient and present fairly healthy. The nurse and front desk for diagnostics are much better but they're only a part of the experience.

Very disappointed with my visit to Wellstar and Dr. Kaushang Gandhi. The staff wasn't friendly and didn't seem concerned about my health needs. They looked annoyed when I asked questions. Dr. Gandhi was in the room for less than five minutes, asked a few quick questions, and referred me for tests--no exam at all. After paying $30 copay and total charge of $503, I left with the same symptoms and no answers. I'm now looking for another doctor. Sadly, Wellstar overall has been a major disappointment.
