While we really enjoy the convenience of the HASP lab at this location, we have had bad blood results twice due to poor phlebotomy technique. This wastes time and money. Our Nephrologist and Primary care doctors depended on these labs for diagnosis.
Visited for my annual physical which should have been fully covered with no deductible -BUT- I made the mistake of asking for a couple of refills and got charged over $200 for a full office visit. No extra examination, no questions, no extra time spent with me. Just a full office visit charge with no warning. I didn't even know this until the bill showed up weeks later. I called the office back but they only offered a 20% discount for this total ripoff charge.
My PC doctor is thorough in her care. I had to get a doctor because the VA here was always busy and their appointments were too far out in reference to being seen in a timely manner. The VA Atlanta is improving but in a bind I call this doctor.
I went in for a stress test and guess what My stress level has never been higher than having to deal with sitting around for hours on out for a 10:45 appointment I finally left there without seeing anybody at 11:40 I get a call back from him at 12:45 saying that they're ready to see me now That's 2 hours after my appointment time that's two and a half hours My time being completely wasted this is not the first time this is the third time these people do this to me I have news for you Belmont" YOU CANNOT SCHEDULE EVERY 30 MINUTES IF YOUR APPOINTMENTS TAKE HOUR AND A HALF TO 2 HOURS STOP DOING THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS I NO LONGER WILL BE YOUR CUSTOMER I NO LONGER WILL BE SPENDING MY MONEY AT YOUR FACILITY ANYTIME NOW OR IN THE FUTURE STOP WASTING PEOPLE'S TIME" it's funny how they sent you 20 text messages and 30 emails for a single appointment and want you to check in a week early! And they tell you if you miss your appointment you got to pay us well why don't you guys pay me for my missing time I took off work I drove 200 miles from North Georgia and my stress level now is higher than it's ever been and this is the third time you guys have done this to me I highly recommend staying away from this place 100%
5 star every time, staff and Sarah John NP. IMHE, the low ratings reviews are due to insurance companies and bean counters. The medical profession is a difficult and IMHO underpaid field. They have life events also. Maybe show up early given metro 's insane traffic. Be nice to people as they did not create the insane regulation and legal barriers.
