This was my first visit so I was a little nervous. Before meeting Dr Hartley, his support staff was excellent in making me feel more relaxed and comfortable. Dr Hartley has great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

Dr. William Hartley is an experienced cardiologist. He attended medical school at the Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, GA and he is passionate about helping his patients effectively manage their heart health. He provides care at our Pooler, Springfield and Savannah office locations.

Dr. Hartley's office failed to properly seek an authorization for my vital connect device through Tricare, which left me with a $400 bill after it was processed through as a point-of-sale. I just got the bill from vitalconnect nearly a year after the service, obviously way too late for me to submit an appeal through Tricare. I was on Prime and should have had a $0 deductible. It's crazy how another person's mistake can cost so much!

Didn't listen to me at all about my concerns. Treated me like I was just young and incompetent. I left the office feeling like I wasted my time going to the appointment. Nothing got resolved and I'm still in pain.
