My first encounter with Dr. Crosland was while an inpatient at St Josephs Hospital. I later was seen by him in his office and found him to be caring and knowledgeable.
About Dr. William Crosland, MD
Dr. William Crosland earned his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon. He did an internship/residency in internal medicine from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and a cardiology fellowship at Emery University in Atlanta. Dr. Crosland then did an interventional cardiology fellowship also at Emory University. Dr. Crosland is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and interventional cardiology. He is licensed to practice in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Crosland and everyone at the office. They were professional and kind. Dr. Crosland took the time to explain my condition, treatment, tests ordered, and then asked me if I had questions for him. Things are progressing as expected for my condition.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crosland for a few years now. He is an amazing doctor. With an excellent beside manner and tries to connect with the patient. ON THE OTHER HAND, if you call to schedule an appt you will wait on hold for 10 min with no one in que, happen today 2/25/2025, and then greeted by an RUDE, unwelcoming employees that try to over talk you ! The lack of respect / an concern was unbelievable. Moreover still do not have appt.

Horrible office staff. Was told insurance would cover heart monitor for three days. I don't think they even checked if it would. I got a $350 bill. When I called I had to leave a message because the woman I was supposed to speak with wasn't available. Never received a call back. Doctor should consider the cost to patient before ordering tests. Appointment was rushed and follow up after results was short and didn't offer anything other than I was in a normal rhythm even when I had questions. Do not recommend.
