Went to this office to find out that Dr. Herman actually passed away in February, which is why making an appointment took weeks of calling/texting back and forth. The NP I saw was great, but when it was time to review my bloodwork results, they said I had to come and get them in person. They do not have a working patient portal. Medical assistant/receptionist claimed she had told me i could get my results on labcorp (that was never told to me until today) and claimed I said "I'm a nurse I know all of that" - which was absolutely never the case. I have never been to an office that did not have a working patient portal to see my lab results. When I asked how I could get them she said I can get into labcorp to review my results and did not have any instructions or info on how to do that when I asked do I need to create an account she said "I don't know why don't you go ahead and try that". Very disappointed with this clinic.

Tiffany Johnson the np was beyond helpful. I actually felt she cared about what I was saying!!! I'm so glad I found her and she's my new pcp!!!! Her staff was awesome as well

If I could give a 5000 stars, I would! The staff along with Dr. Herman and his NP Tiffany are amazing! The front office administrator was very attentive and welcoming. This office is off the charts! What a great crew!

Tiffany was amazing she listened to all of my concerns and put together a plan to address them. If you need a great doctor check these guys out

Love the support staff! Dr. H has been around so long he has seen everything! He is kind, reasonable, matter of fact, and quick! I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. His years of experience will help complex patients get to what is truly going on. He does not reprimand or make you feel like you are the problem. They feel like a family more than a doctors office and if you take an active role in your wellness he is your greatest advocate!
