Went to see Dr Bishop with my mom. Office staff was very helpful. Even tho I didn't have all the medical records- I was able to go get it and bring it back same day . His assistant was very knowledgeable and polite. Then after being sent to the hospital for surgery, (which went well). My mom (5years of pain) went home a happy camper. I was referred by a close associate whom said her husband suffered for 2 years with sciatic nerve and I thank her for recommending. Thanks Dr Bishop- You the best!!!

Best Doctors office I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with in a long time. From the front office staff to the Dr's and PA's have been a breath of fresh air. They are always smiling and happy to help. When a phone message is left I hear back in the same day. Always making sure you receive the best possible care. My wait has never been a long one. Love them all!*****update**** Unfortunately I had a complete different experience when there was a billing issue. The front staff absolutely do not care about the patients and their care. They do not inform patients in advance about the office closing for an extended amount of time. Since this is a pain management practice the patients depend on seeing the Drs every month and when your next appointment lands on dates that office is closed the from staff NEEDS to inform the patients whether there's a billing issue or not. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful in every way possible. She cares not about anything the patients go through when unable to see the Dr. As far as Dr Ross and the PA's they are wonderful! However because of the office staff I discharged myself from their care. I truly hope and pray that they get better control of their staff and the front staff start communicating better with the back staff and learn how to work and communicate with the patients. It was a hard decision to leave the care of Dr Ross because she and her PA's listen to what I said each visit and seemed to actually care. I hope that what happened to me doesn't happen to other patients. Tread lightly with the front staff.

Dr Patel is one of the least caring doctors I have ever dealt with. He doesn't care about your pain at all. He didn't do anything to help my pain, he actually made it worse with many different medications he had me on. His PA is doing all the work and he gets all the pay. She is absolutely wonderful. And trying to get through on the phone is an absolute nightmare!!! The majority of the front office staff are rude and very unfriendly. I am so glad I was blessed to find a Doctor who actually listens and cares about my many painful medical problems.

I truly believe it was a God thing! Dr. Ross took the time to discuss options for my treatment. I found her to be very professional and sincere about what was best for me. I look forward to my next appointment. I want to thank you Dr.Ross for not treating me like an Insurance ID number.

I seen Dr Ross for the first time in Monday and i have never been so happy and impressed with a Dr until i met her.. She is so professional and she cares about her patients.. She takes the time to address your problems and then takes the time to talk to you and make sure you understand everything.. I strongly recommend Dr Ross to everyone.. She is such a beautiful person.
