Dr Elkin was a nice doctor, but his staff were right down rude. There was a mix up with my insurance. When I called the office to relay information from my insurance company they were quite ugly to me. While talking to my insurance representative, who they were rude to as well, the receptionist was right down nasty to me, accused me of making a bunch of calls to her (my insurance rep was the one who called), yelled at me, and hung up on me. They dropped my care without any consideration or clarification. All they care about is the almighty dollar bill. They had no compassion or empathy and did not even care whether or not my records got forwarded to get the tests and care from another doctor. So much for the Hippocratic Oath. Find an office that cares about their patients. This one couldn't care less.

I have been going to Dr. Elkin for a few years on and off. He is more then just professional and he is very professional, but he has a calm and kind demeaner about him. He's easy to talk to and he listens to what you have to say. Hands down he is the best of best!
