My first time to see a cardiologist I have severe tachycardia and was referred to Dr Rao office The Dr suggested me to where the Bardy Heart monitor for seven days then return it to the office. The nurse the attached the device never told me to push the Button on the device when I was having my tachycardia attacks. I then returned the device not know about this Button and now they canceled my other appointments for my nuclear stress test and now I'm very upset and stressed out Help ! Tom

My husband's experience has been ridiculous with this office ever since Dr. Hardagins retirement. He never gets phone calls returned, we call back over and over just to be told that they will give the message to the doctor or nurse. When you call you stay on hold for 30 minutes or more, it makes you wonder what has happened to this place. There is alot more I could say but I'll be nice.
