Piedmont Heart of Perimeter

I had a test done here last week. The staff at the office was great, but everyone else has not been pleasant. First I had an issue where they sent me two insurance quotes that were drastically different. After my appointment, they sent the results to the wrong doctor. The doctor called me asking how he knows me. When I called to get them to send the results to the correct doctor, they denied they ever sent the result out. They also said they wouldn't send the results unless I provided the fax number. I am very disappointed in the service provided and I wish they would've tried to correct their mistake.

I am thoroughly committed to trusting my heart medical care to Dr Hoff and his staff. I feel that the almost ten years that I've been patient of Dr Hoff have been health enhancing to my health.i give thanks to Dr Hoff for his care , concern and professionalism.

I've only been with Dr.Sun for about a year so I am sharing from just a brief amount of time. Dr Sun is very knowledgeable and professional .He was very concerned about my heart health and made recommendations I plan to follow up on. He listened well to my concerns and answered questions I asked about medications. Etc. I am pleased so far and hopeful the recommendations he made will result in successful outcomes for my heart health.

Dr. Lall is super smart, very well spoken, respectful of her patients' time, and really cares about getting the whole story before making a decision. Excellent care.

I had a good first 2/3 visits. My last visit is the reason I did not return and the cause of this review. Dr. Lall and her assistant were rude to me in the room, and were loudly saying negative things about me in the hallway, that I could hear through the closed door. I asked valid questions regarding my condition, and was made fun of, and had negative things said about me. Easily could have said no and given the medical reasoning, instead of insulting me. My first 2 appointments got me diagnosed and on medicine, and everything was fine until that most recent visit.
