Dr. Powell is hands down the best primary care doctor I've ever had. She's patient, attentive, and actually listens. She takes her time, asks thoughtful questions, and always follows up, which makes you feel truly cared for. What I really appreciate is how creative she is when it comes to care; she thinks about what will actually work for you. It's rare to find a doctor who blends expertise, compassion, and real partnership the way she does. I'm so grateful to have found her.

Dr. Lauren Powell has been my primary care physician for the past seven years, and I can honestly say she's one of a kind. She's walked with me through my fertility journey and helped me prepare my body for pregnancy with care, knowledge, and compassion. What I appreciate most is that she doesn't just treat symptoms, she encourages you to thrive. Dr. Powell truly cares about the long-term well-being of her patients, empowering you to be informed, proactive, and intentional about your health. I'm so grateful to have her as my doctor and advocate.

This was my second visit to Dr. Powell this year and I will not be returning. As a business professional who's been in healthcare for 20 years, I was disappointed in her attitude and how I was treated just recently. A couple of months back, I had a visit with her and she was dry and nonchalant. I chose to extend grace because people sometimes have bad days. On Monday, I headed to her office for a visit and the weather was terrible so I left home early to ensure that I made it on time. There was traffic and an accident so I called to the office to let them know I would be 15 minutes late and would that be okay. I was told they would send a message to Dr. Powell but to come on in. I got there, paid my copay and was told a few minutes later, she won't see me. Now, I'm a stickler for being on time and cancelling any appointment ahead of schedule if I can't make it. but the fact that I called and got checked in to be told she won't see me is unacceptable. I must give kudos to her office staff, they tried EVERYTHING they could to help me but I had driven an hour to get there and if Dr. Powell refused to see me for being 15 minutes late when the office was pretty much empty and there was only one other person that came after me made me say no thanks I will find another doctor. I wish they would extend the same grace that we extend to them when they are running behind schedule yet we sit and wait for them. Glad I was able to find another physician who's professional, compassionate and took the time to address my concerns.

So glad I was referred to Dr. Powell! She's knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has a feisty energy that makes the visit feel more personal. Her staff was friendly and professional, and the phlebotomist even skipped lunch to keep things moving -- much appreciated. Overall, a great experience. I felt heard, cared for, and well taken care of.

Dr Powell is very easy to talk to. She communicates in a very simplistic, easy to understand manner. She's also very knowledgeable and up to date on all my medical issues and questions. I actually look forward to my doctor visits because of her.
