Great doctor, great nurses, terrible scheduling administration. They unilaterally scheduled an echocardiogram for me without telling me or getting my input, and they scheduled it ON A DAY THEIR OWN OFFICE WAS CLOSED. I was on my way to what I thought was my ECG appointment and called to find out I missed the appointment that was scheduled on a day their office was closed of which I was never informed. I was on the phone for an HOUR and transferred to four or five different people to straighten everything out and get my ECG scheduled. Turns out someone put my orders in wrong, and it took being transferred to Dr. Leach's wonderful nurse Robin who was able to straighten everything out. After spending an hour on the phone I was placed on hold for 15 MINUTES waiting for someone from the ECG scheduling center to answer. It was an ABSOLUTELY ABSURD experience. This scheduling system is a SILOED NIGHTMARE and some decision maker needs to make some changes!!!!
