Patient
This is a review not for Dr. Molnar because he has been a phenomenal physician with my mom Shirley I. This is for the ultrasound tech her name is Katilyn. She is all about herself and no empathy for the patient. She is rude and does not have people communication skills. She was very impatient with my mom and made rude remarks. My mom is 87 but she realizes when people are not being sincere. Without patients people in health care would not have a job. Kaitlyn needs to listen to how she is speaking to patients and how it sounds when it comes out. I hope the practice manager appreciates this review on how the tech is talking to patients. Dr. Molnar gets 10 stars!! The receptionist in the front office 10 stars!! Daughter of patient S. Bowen
