Dr Donner is the absolute best pediatric cardiologist! He has been with my son since birth, he has literally been with us ever step of the way. He's so kind and patient. He breaks down everything were we're in clear understanding before we leave his office. We're 100% comfortable with his judgment. He definitely is a child's Doctor for from the time he enters the room until he himself escorts us to the lobby for check out, he's joking and playing with our son. He tickles and encourages our son to be open and vocal with him especially now that he is older. Our son is now 13 years old, I truly believe if it were not for Dr Donner our son may not be here. His whole team is so accommodating to paperwork and making this whole experience as less stressful as possible. He also is a teaching practice, with our consent of course, has a student shadow often. We don't mind and actually appreciate this, after all we should all want all upcoming providers to learn from THE BEST! We love Dr Donner and miss his loyal assistant Mrs Juanita. We welcome his new team of assistants and hope they are just as happy as we are! Pictured is Dr Donner and my son Aries at our visit today

The staff are very sweet and Dr Garg is the best! I love him! He has the best bedside manner, he's very professional, and he is very encouraging. I enjoyed my visit because I don't get out much and to be able to go to an office where you're treated like you're the most important person there means a lot to me. I'm a nurse of 17 years a and I know that most of the time, all it takes is a smile with kind words to help that person have a better day.

Dr. Donner is the best pediatric cardiologist! He has always been so kind and helpful with my daughter and our family over the past 16 years! Our area is blessed to have him! He is very knowledgeable and takes his time with every appointment we have with him. He always listens to all my concerns and has even helped me with things on the weekends over the phone. He is the only doctor my daughter looks forward to seeing! I can not say enough good things about him! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Medical assistant was friendly, but did not ask if there were any updates such as new allergies or medications, etc. The treatment room where I met with physician was very run down and dull with nothing on the walls. The exam table had holes in the worn leather covering. This made the general appearance of the office outdated and not up to standard--portraying an unprofessional, outdated practice. The physician was friendly and very nice, but in a hurry to be done with my visit. He made the comment that he had 5 people in rooms waiting for him. He did not ask if I had any questions when he was trying to leave the room. I was able to stop him from leaving by asking a question anyway. I did not feel he was familiar with my situation or the reason I was there. He did order what I feel was needed after questioning him. The care summary was not factual with what was addressed during the visit.

The treatment that I have received since I've been coming to Harbin Clinic Cardiology in Rome Ga is the most experienced fully accredited doctors office and atmosphere of honesty and kindness, and loving place I've been. The doctor I see, takes his work very seriously with top quality and knowledge . His name is Dr Charlie Bagget. And the staff that work with and under him truly know how to be the best you've ever seen.
