Arrived for 9:30am appointment with Amanda P on 12/20/23. Dr Jackson was originally my doctor, and had done my stent on 3/21/22. Upon arrival, was told I had no appointment. I had had the appointment for over 6 months. This person was also no longer with the clinic and my appointment had been erased when she and my doctor had left the clinic. The lady at front desk check-in took it upon herself to make sure i got an appointment the same day so I would not have to make another hour and a half trip for an appointment. Dr Baggett was the doctor whom I saw. Very pleasant, answered questions I had and was in no rush. So, I had no problem with making my next appointment with him. Lady at front desk check-in should be acknowledged for going above and beyond! That's uncommon these days.
