Absolutely wonderful experience! Every single person that I came in contact with from the moment I walked in the door was so friendly and helpful. I came in really anxious but immediately relaxed once I realized that I was in great hands. The wait times were quick but it didn't feel rushed at all. The NP was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. I feel like I will be well taken care of. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit!

I switched to this office because I was tired of waiting to get an appt at a large (won't name them) office. I never have to wait for an appt. Everyone there is so kind and helpful. Especially Grace Brown! Love this office!

My first visit was fantastic! Nurse was sweet and funny, everyone was great, nice clean office, Dr was great. I needed to get a clearance letter so they had me wear a monitor. Cool. I got a bill for that visit, because my insurance sucks lol, it sucked but I knew it was my responsibility - paid it immediately. Scheduled for a follow up, to PICK UP THE CLEARANCE LETTER FROM THE DOCTOR. Went in, sat in a chair, doctor came in handed me the letter, we parted ways. I get a bill for almost $800. No one answers the billing department nor returns a phone call. I had to take time out of my day to drive over there, the manager herself was even confused by my account, they billed my insurance for a visit like I had been seen when I picked up my letter. Absolutely ridiculous. I could have sat in my car and waited for the letter... it could have been emailed. And then had the nerve to tell me I needed to do another test, look I'd rather have a heart attack then go into that office where what's being billed to my insurance is a fraud and no one cares to help, even when you are calm and respectful about it. I work in health field and I understand now why patients get so frustrated with billing. Because sometimes some people just do not care to do what's right. Don't charge me for something you didn't do. Oh and then she said the doctor had written up notes on that day as if I had been seen. Sir you handed me a piece of paper, nothing more. Great people for the most part but be weary of the billing

NP Archie is fantastic. He is probably the most thorough medical professional i have ever met with. I recommend him completely. He will go over your test results line by line and make sure you understand and can visualize what hes telling you.
