Horrible doctor, who does not care about her patients. She told my mother to go for a follow up to complete an exercise test and to get a heart monitor. She never explained anything, and the receptionist made the appointment for the same location. No instructions given on where to go to get the tests done. Also confused her with another patient.
Before I went to her office, I was so scared because of the symptoms of my condition. However, Dr. Mercado was so calming, understanding, and knowledgeable that I at least emotionally felt better. She was quick and knew exactly what to do after doing my assessment. I have and would recommend her to anybody that has the option to have her.
Always takes time. Welcoming, helpful, caring staff.
