First time visit .. I was horrified by witnessing how many elderly had a hard time getting into the building. The handicap spots are not the closest to the front doors. There are about 8 parking spots closer than the handicapped spots. The front doors are heavy. The left door is locked and the right door has no button to open automatically. I saw so many elderly with canes having a super hard time getting inside and a wheelchair patient too. The door presses against them all as it closes before they are all the way through the threshold. It was awful to see. There is plenty of non handicapped parking near the front door before they open at 9 but once they open, the parking lot fills up quickly . Elevator is right next to the front lobby doors. The waiting room on the second floor will depress you as it's all big pharma based infomercials which will depress you after listening to the repeating loop about everything that could go wrong with you. There's no guest wifi to connect to here like most other medical facilities have. I don't think the people working here know the implications of their office as they don't have to experience it themselves as a patient. There's room for a lot of improvement here.

Very unorganized and they don't seem to care. The office hours say 9-5 but I called at 9:23 AM and got the recording for the answering service. I faxed a form to be completed for insurance purposes and I have had to call about it at least 3 times. It has now been 3 weeks and still no results. The fact that Dr. Wong is only in this office on Mondays and it seems to take an act of God to get a simple form completed is only a preview of how the actual patient care is.

At my last appointment in May, the receptionist was unable to find an appointment reminder card for my followup but promised to mail one out at the end of shift. I never received the card with my followup information. Knowing that they send an automated call closer to the appointment date to give you a reminder and get confirmation, I thought it would be fine, thinking I'd get it a week in advance and would have time to reach out to Modivcare to schedule my medical transport. I did not get this confirmation call until after their business hours closed the day before my appointment, getting less than 24 hours notice. You can't schedule medical transport less than 3 days in advance. I tried to call the clinic as soon as their hours opened this morning to inform them that I had to reschedule due to the lack of appointment card/advance notice, but went to voicemail. I left a message and proceeded to call every couple hours throughout the day and never once reached a receptionist or received a call back. I missed my appointment and am anxious about getting into trouble for doing so without notice despite being unable to reach anyone at the clinic to give notice to. Additionally, at previous appointments at their Valdosta location, I experienced long waits in both the waiting and exam room - easily over an hour each time - just for the appointment to last 5 minutes or less once the doctor actually comes in. It's beyond inconsiderate to the patient's time to have such long wait times be the standard.

Ridiculous wait times both in the waiting room and back in the exam room. They are always at least one hour behind. Extremely sour and borderline rude front desk worker that acted like my request for a Payments printout was a huge bother for her. Very impolite with no thanks for my years of coming here. No more. Moving my business to another more professional office. I'm too old for this crap.

I received an automated call on Saturday during non-business hours for a appointment scheduled on Tuesday. Tried calling 2 wks ago to cancel without a call back (voice mail). I called on Monday and left message with all my info and no call back to cancel. I have called 7 times on Monday with no success always goes to voice mail. Smh
