I would give a 0 star if I could. My husband had a major heart attack last Nov out of state and ended up with 2 stents. We have since moved back to Georgia. He was in The ER on 9/24/24 for a fast heartbeat. He was advised to find a Cardiologist. I reached out to the office to schedule an appointment. I left a message per Jessica advising to not leave more than one message as it will take longer for her to get back to you. I never heard anything back from anyone, so I left a total of 3 messages. It should not be that hard to make an appointment, it should not be that hard to do a call back. If Jessica was out of the office, Allow someone else to assist you with your work duties. I've been in Customer Service for over 20+ years. I've worked in the Medical field as a Phlebotomist/ Medical Assistant/ Receptionist and I'm dumbfounded by the lack of Customer Service. Something I've learned sweet heart, no I'm not from the South, been here 10 months is when someone whether it be a professional office or fast food and They tell you " I'm sorry there's nothing I can do, it's not True because there is always something that can be done, sometimes people just don't want to think outside the box and work. By not providing Good Customer Service, you lose business. We as Patients are the ones who pay the Drs. We are your bosses. I called around and found someone who was more than willing to assist me in such a simple task. Very pleasant to deal with. I can't wait days for a call back.

Can never get anyone to answer the phone or return faxes. Have been trying over a month. This delays patient care
