The check in process and front staff to customer interaction is poor at best. That includes reception and intake tech. Calling to get nurse practitioners to call you back is a several day process. Each time I bring my parent I'm asked for cards info and told to complete new patient documents as if it's a first time visit. If this happens again I'll leave the appointment. This office can do better especially considering seldom are you seeing one of the actual cardiologists but one of the practitioners.
