I absolutely will not recommend this place ! I had an appointment at 9:00 was on time never got called back until an hour later but had I been late it would have been a reschedule I expressed I cannot just sit here all day the lady said if I left I would be charged a no show fee all because they are running behind . Very rude . Over crowded and just the worse place to be seen in general. Unorganized and will never get my service again . I rather stick it out and pay out of pocket for quality service.

Patient

Absolutely no consideration of your time. They overbook and make you wait over an hour to even be called back for your appointment. Then you wait another 30-45 minutes in a room before you even see the doctor. Ridiculous.

I Visited this office with my resident from a long term care as I'm a social worker that handles mostly transportation in my facility to help the lack of communication from facility to office. Due to facilities not having staff to send out to assist on appointments, some offices do not get the correct information , but my job allows the appointments and the communication to go a little smoother than normal. As I pushed my resident that was in a wheelchair into the waiting room to stand in the check in line, we walk into a room full with maybe 50 people. This scared me as we entered but honestly , the timing of the office was just like a normal appointment. Maybe 1 hour at the most. We check in. I ask about my next resident coming in via stretcher . I asked about how they normally bring them in bc transportation was coming and I could communicate it with them. The lady stated the stretcher would not fit and they would pull him to the back. Through the doors in the hallway. Well this was okay with me because I assumed they would allow him to come quickly through. Him lying on a stretcher in a waiting room or hallway to wait is a privacy violation. This is a violation due to Increased Scrutiny and Exposure. I see you're a medical office that probably doesn't deal with stretchers, I could tell that based off the employees faces when asked. I quickly told the lady thank you after she told me she would pull him back after he's here and checked in. I went to park the bus across the street to come right back in the office. When I came back in , my resident was no longer in the waiting room. I glanced in the other waiting room just in case he wanted to go somewhere less crowded. He was not there. I went to sign in stretcher patient and to ask about resident no longer in waiting room. I had already told transportation what the office stated about the stretcher not fitting. Well transportation always slows out or at least mine does and they were able to get him through the waiting room door. I asked her if she knew if this would be long due to him being on a stretcher in the waiting room. She stated he had two ahead of him and he'd then be seen. I stated okay. Well I will let him know how long it should be, but this is a privacy issue. I then asked where my wheelchair resident was and I was told he was not pulled to the back that he must be in the other waiting room. Well I already checked , but I'll go check the entire floor now , but to be honest I don't think he could get that far. I do just that to just come back and almost in tears because there's no way my resident just wheeled out and left. I go back to check in to ask one more time. This time I asked the lady I sat him in front of as well as checked him in with. She stated he wasn't in the back and if not in this waiting room maybe the other. I then explained i have looked for him all on the first floor. This is when the gentleman that I sat him beside stated "no. The lady from the back came and got him once you went out to park." This is when they finally got up to locate the patient which was found in room 14. During the recovery, I was in between the barriers of the check in boxes. Two of the employees that were discussing how long the stretcher wait would be when I asked the second time, made some comments which one includes , "They need to understand that this is a high functioning office." I don't exactly remember exactly what was said , but I did interrupt her. I do understand that this is a high functioning office. I also understand that most offices do not take the time for any patients that seem to need a little more attention than the normal ones. When you're notified of a stretcher patient coming in , block off the time. Because they deserve the same treatment as everyone else. They deserve to be comfortable just like everyone else. This is also a conversation that's happening when I'm communicating that OUR patient is missing and I say OUR because at the time, he was checked into their office.

Really need to work on their intake process as well as insurance arrangements. Waited months for a crucial appointment only to be told they're out of network with my insurance, yet my insurance tells me they're in network. Really unhelpful staff that come across very cold.
